Inspect the system and complete a fluid flush.

Because of the proximity of the pressure port to the power steering pump pulley, some installation manuals suggest that
the pulley be removed. This procedure requires draining the cooling system, removing the radiator and utilizing a puller
specifically designed for power steering pump pulleys. These additional steps can add well over one hour to the time it
takes to replace the pressure hose.
